Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 30, 2026 · Last updated: October 2026

1. Overview & Scope

AdInsta ("we," "our," or "us") operates a proprietary mobile Demand-Side Platform (DSP), an app monetization SDK, and a quality-controlled affiliate network headquartered in Singapore with regional offices in Dubai, Mumbai, London, and New York. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you visit our website (adinsta.ai), utilize our advertising technology, or partner with us.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information in two primary contexts:

  • Business Contact Information: When you submit our contact or consultation forms, we collect your name, work email address, company website, representative role, and inquiry message.
  • Advertising & Impression Data: Through our DSP, SDK, and direct publisher integrations, we process pseudonymized mobile advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID), IP addresses (truncated/hashed where required), device type, operating system version, app bundle IDs, and bid request telemetry for attribution and ad delivery.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR & UK GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, we process personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent: Collected by mobile app publishers prior to initializing SDK bid requests and tracking tokens.
  • Legitimate Interests: To detect, prevent, and mitigate mobile ad fraud (e.g., bot farms, click injection, SDK spoofing) and ensure platform network security.
  • Contractual Necessity: To process business inquiries, billing, and execute service agreements with agencies, advertisers, and affiliates.

4. Sub-Processors & Service Providers

We engage vetted third-party vendors for critical operational support, bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):

  • Formspree Inc.: Contact form submission routing and notification processing.
  • Cloudflare Inc.: Web security, CDN distribution, and DDoS mitigation.
  • Measurement Partners (MMPs): Reconciliation with certified Mobile Measurement Partners including AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Kochava.

5. California Consumer Privacy (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have specific rights regarding personal information under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, access, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration. To submit an opt-out or deletion request, email us at [email protected].
